We are looking for a Business Analyst & Salesforce (SFDC) Admin at Micron CPG that can help transform systems and processes!
Primary Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to the following)
- Analyze existing system functionality and business processes and contribute to valuable, cost-effective solutions that will efficiently function to support the stakeholder requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, gather, and formalize business requirements, vetting against the scope of the initiative.
- Collaborate with relevant project team(s) to resolve the best solution for identified business problems.
- Identify As Is design and map To Be operational process flows.
- Drive Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions to address operational gaps.
- Support role of Release Manager/Champion when designated.
- Compliance management, including Salesforce Service Cloud users, data, and security.
- Build business workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Enable users to get the most out of Salesforce and other relevant technology
- Implement Salesforce features and functionality to solve a variety of business problems while maintaining a clean environment.
- Create, communicate, and coordinate SFDC test plans and test cases (user acceptance, security, etc.) and perform the role of Tester or Test Manager.
- Work with project and business representatives to ensure the creation of training materials (QRCs, procedures, manuals, recordings, instructor-led training, training plans, etc.) to facilitate the end users’ application of skills and knowledge in the workplace.
- Collaborate with business users to gather feedback in the early life support phase of the production release; provide this feedback to the implementation team for follow up and resolution.
- Serve as the primary SME and business contact on and maintain expert-level knowledge of relevant business practices, processes, and tools.
- Acquire and maintain certifications and professional qualifications, when requested.
- Develop a standard process for communicating changes and release notes for all projects impacting customers and business users.
- Administration and management of contact center survey tool, Qualtrics
- Drive innovation and automation
Qualifications and Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
-
Minimum 2 years Salesforce Administration experience with SFDC Service Cloud

SFDC Administrator Certification; Advanced Administrator preferred

Experience with an eCommerce and contact center environment is a plus

Other tasks to specified requirements and quality standards, prioritize, meet deadlines, and effectively operate in a fast-paced work environment
