About this role

This is a Salesforce administrator role:

  • Proactively gather feedback from users to continually improve user experience

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to define use cases and rollout plans

  • Assist sales management in defining and monitoring processes for trends and team analysis

  • Provide group and/or one-one training for new and existing users, including best practice documentation

  • Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, pick lists, sharing rules, hierarchies, and territories especially as environment and business evolves to include more cross functional teams

  • Configure the proper page layout, record types, custom objects and flows and to support vital business functions

  • Define and create reports and dashboard for both Sales and Service teams

  • Responsible for SF environment management, including sandboxes and batch process upgrades without interruption to users

  • Salesforce systems for optimized integrations

  • Monitor and improve data quality and integrity

  • Primary contact for business unit support issues

Required Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or GED 

  • 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience

  • 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Customer focused, process oriented, creative thinker

  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Hubspot, and/or Compliance Quest
