CGS seeks an experienced Salesforce Administrator to help drive our account-based marketing initiatives and provide data-driven insights to optimize our marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce CRM system, with a particular focus on integrating and aligning it with our Marketo marketing automation platform to drive our B2B marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce (with certification) and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Hubspot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. She/he will have a strong background in ABM strategies and advanced data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and maintain the Salesforce platform to support our B2B marketing strategies and workflows.
- Manage the integration between Salesforce and Marketo, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization between the two systems.
- Build, configure, and automate marketing-specific processes within Salesforce to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to track marketing KPIs and provide actionable insights on campaigns to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to define system requirements and implement solutions that align with our B2B marketing objectives.
- Provide training and support to Salesforce users, including Marketing, Sales, Business Development and leadership, enabling them to leverage Salesforce and Marketo effectively.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates and new features, particularly those relevant to B2B marketing and Marketo integration.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions to ensure uninterrupted marketing operations.
Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator certification required.
- 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a B2B marketing environment.
- Experience with data management, analytics, and reporting in Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation tools.
- Experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms, and knowledge of CRM-MAP integrations.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders/
- Preferred Skills: additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Marketing Cloud); experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud; knowledge of SQL and API integrations; familiarity with marketing technologies and the broader MarTech ecosystem.
