What you will do:

PGIM Real Estate uses Salesforce for managing its relationships with borrowers, intermediaries, and other parties involved in the origination of commercial real estate loans.

As a Salesforce Administrator for the Debt business, you would support this Salesforce implementation through user support and troubleshooting, configuration and customization, reports and dashboards, security and permissions, user training, data quality improvements, and more. You would collaborate with business and technology leaders, as well as PGIM Real Estate’s Debt Salesforce user group: investment professionals and their support staff. If you have prior experience in salesforce administration, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you!

This group follows a hybrid schedule and working on-site 3 days a week in their local PGIM Real Estate Office.

What you can expect:

  1. Assist with Salesforce configuration, including custom fields, page layouts, and record types.

  2. Manage user accounts, profiles, and permissions.

  3. Generate basic reports and dashboards.

  4. Troubleshoot common issues and provide user support.

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.

  6. Create user guides and administer user training.

  7. Partner with users to identify and remediate data quality issues.

  8. Measure and report on user adoption and customer satisfaction metrics.

  9. Collaborate with engineers on more complex user requests and test new features when complete.

  10. Leverage Flow Builder, workflows, and integrations to automate tasks and enhance efficiency.

  11. Maintain data integrity through regular audits and best practices implementation.

  12. Analyze user needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions.

  13. Develop and deliver training programs to empower users and maximize Salesforce expertise across the organization.

  14. Foster strong relationships with users, vendors, and development teams.

What you will bring:

  1. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including basic configuration tasks, data management, reports and dashboards, user management and security, and troubleshooting.

  2. Experience in an Investment or Asset Management firm.

  3. Strong communication skills, including proven experience gathering requirements from users.

  4. Attention to detail and accuracy.

  5. Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  6. A positive attitude and responsiveness when assisting users.

What will set you apart:

  1. Familiarity with agile practices and ceremonies.

  2. Prior experience in product ownership.

  3. Salesforce certifications.

  4. Basic SQL knowledge.

  5. Experience in Financial Services.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $115,000 to $135,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
