Job Summary:

As a Salesforce Administrator at Strider Technologies, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by providing consultatory expertise and support throughout the sales process. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and prospective clients to understand their needs, articulate the value of our products/services, and ensure successful integration within their operations. You will also work as the conduit between your Account Executives and our Global Intelligence Team to speak to the value our data and findings provide. This position requires a technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-lasting client relationships. 

What you will do: 

  1. Salesforce Administration: Manage and maintain the company's Salesforce CRM to ensure optimal performance and usability.
  2. User Management: Handle user account setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and license allocations.
  3. Customization: Create and modify custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, flows, and approval processes based on business needs.
  4. Data Management: Perform data imports, exports, de-duplication, and ensure overall data integrity within the platform.
  5. Support & Training: Provide daily support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to enhance user adoption.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and optimization within Salesforce to streamline business processes.
  7. Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  8. Integrations Management: Oversee and manage integrations between Salesforce and external tools such as Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CaptivateIQ, and ZoomInfo to ensure seamless data flow and system efficiency.
  9. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
  10. Compliance: Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and company policies regarding data security and integrity.

What you will need to be successful: 

  1. Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  2. Certification: Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201) preferred.
  3. Technical Skills:
  4. Proficiency in Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security settings, and data management.
  5. Experience with customization tools like custom objects, fields, formulas, flows, and validation rules.
  6. Integrations Experience: Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with third-party applications such as Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CaptivateIQ, and ZoomInfo.
  7. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
