Job Description
IDB Bank is seeking an experienced hands-on Senior Salesforce Technical development manager to join our team with a strong background doing significant implementations experience of architecting, redesign of Salesforce financial and marketing cloud.
This position is responsible for performing the duties of development manager for Salesforce working closely with onshore/offshore team.
Responsibilities include

Leading various tasks relating to development and architecting of Salesforce CRM system with Financial and Marketing Cloud experience with facing C-level business users, Account officers, Relationship Mangers, Regional heads with banking domain, wealth management.

Own, manage, and improve upon a consistent approach to the design and development phase of development.

Strong salesforce architecture background is a must.

The candidate will work with business analysts and developers to implement/enhance Salesforce CRM.

Creates flow diagrams, structure charts, and other types of system or process representations.

Hands on development work. Build and Deployment, SDLC knowledge.

Lead and manage the Technical aspects and project initiatives of the Salesforce development team, from inception to successful delivery.

Gather and analyze user requirements and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce.com platform, using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other technologies.

Design the security model for SFDC (Roles, Hierarchy, Sharing model etc.), Integrations and work closely with CISO to ensure application is secure.

Ensure daily production activities, data maintenance, cleansing, and verification in Salesforce.com.

Independently research, troubleshoot, and resolve cases within established Service Level Agreements.

Ensure Software Development Lifecycle and ITIL methodologies, including configuration, problem, change, and release management, are adhered to and drive process enhancements.

Assist in the design and implementation of new processes and system enhancements.

Assist in the testing, deployment, and post-launch support of new functionality and ensure business needs are met and delivered in accordance with business specifications.

Communicate with other IT teams regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions.

Leverage industry development best practices, frameworks, and methods.

Possess a sense of urgency with a real focus on delivery dates and project completion.

Review and update SQL/SOQL/Apex scripts.

Incorporate the platform security features into a solution to meet data security requirements

Work in collaboration with other platforms including MuleSoft, Database and Core Banking platforms.

Minimum 10 plus years of experience of Salesforce is required and 15-20 plus in software development
This will be a highly dynamic environment where an energetic positive attitude, multi-tasking and the ability to jump in and add value is a requirement.

Qualifications

Experience with JIRA, Bit Bucket/Github and Jenkins required

Experience with a range of web programming languages such as Java, J2EE, XML, XSD, JSON

Large scale application development and integration experience

Great communication skills and confidence to manage up

Must have Core Banking, Lending Business, wealth management skills/knowledge along with KYC, Account Opening
Skills:

10+ years of applications development experience using Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other technologies, Salesforce Architecture

8+ years of strong business knowledge in the areas of KYC, Account Opening, Core Banking
-
8+ years of experience Financial, Marketing, Salescloud, Case management, Docusign, Slack, Zoom integrations
-
8+ years of experience with enterprise integration architecture and patterns

6+ years Oracle/ SQL database experience services
-
Technical know-how in TCP/IP, Security (Basic Auth, OAuth 1.0 and OAuth 2.0, SSL/TLS), SSO, MFA

Shell scripts, Autosys, Cybermation like scheduling tools

Single Sign On experience is a plus

Experience in an Agile environment

Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Compensation
The expected annual salary for this position is between $160,000 and $170,000 at the start of employment. A salary offer is determined on an individualized basis, taking into consideration factors such as an individual’s skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, employee wellness program, retirement and savings plans with employer contributions, generous holiday and paid time off schedules, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
