What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical-minded Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining and architecting our revenue operations systems, optimizing our revenue-generating processes, and enabling sales data analysis. You will collaborate with various teams including Sales, Partnerships, Operations and Data Management to streamline sales processes, identify opportunities for revenue growth, and drive efficiencies across the organization.

You’re a skilled revenue operations and system specialist who thrives on challenges and will tackle any project. You have a strong understanding of the typical revenue operations tech stack (i.e., Salesforce, Hubspot) and experience administering & architecting key CRM systems. You can work independently and alongside others to learn and grow from your team members. You’re never done learning and are always striving to improve yourself, your team, and your product.

What You Will Do:

  1. Develop, maintain, and enhance Salesforce architecture (i.e., configurations, flows, custom reporting, accounts, and opportunities) to improve system functionality and user experience in Sales Cloud
  2. Collaborate with SVP of Sales and Director of Revenue Operations to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
  3. Help maintain data integrity within the CRM system, ensuring accurate account and contact information
  4. Handle one-off requests on CRM system adjustments, system issues, and sales inquiries
  5. Identify areas within our sales process that can be automated to free up selling time and reduce data entry responsibilities
  6. Partner with Data teams to implement and maintain data integrations between Salesforce and other systems in order to optimize cross-system integrations and ensure seamless data flow and accuracy
  7. Work with our Revenue Enablement lead to develop end user training documentation and ensure proficiency of sales, client success, and marketing teams in utilizing enablement tools and CRM systems

What Skills Will Help You Be Successful:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field

  2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in and building in Salesforce Lightning

  3. Salesforce Admin Certified Preferred

  4. Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its capabilities, data model, and integration options

  5. Proven track record of successful administration on Sales Cloud and Sales Engagement

  6. Familiarity with Sales and Operations CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Hubspot) and proficiency in managing CRM data

  7. Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, related roles

  8. Proficient analytical skills in data modeling, database administration, data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL and Looker) is preferred

  9. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and optimization of system issues and performance

  10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams

$87,100 - $139,300 a year

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position.
