About The Team:  

This is an exciting time for the right individual to join LINQ's newly-formed Business Systems team. Currently in the process of scaling to support all of our users and business partners, this is a great opportunity to begin on the ground floor as our team works to define and shape the future of the applications that run LINQ. 

About The Role: 

In this highly visible role, you will be collaborating cross-functionally with all of our partners across the business to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that maximize value within the Salesforce platform. 

What You’ll Be Doing:  

- Work with stakeholders and users to define requirements in order to support building new system enhancements 

- Work collaboratively with the existing team to refine requirements and design sustainable and scalable solutions which meet business needs 

- Provide day-to-day administrative support such as user setup & management, maintenance of assignment rules, escalation rules, notifications, data updates, and queue management 

- Perform triage for inbound support cases and assist users toward resolution of issues or escalate bug tickets for review and resolution 

- Assist business users in relation to their reporting and data needs 

- Proactively identify and implement under-utilized functionality and required system maintenance updates 

- Support installation and configuration of both new and existing managed packages and their native integrations 

What We Are Looking For:                       

- 5 years of administrator experience working with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud 

- Expert-level proficiency in all areas of declarative development within Salesforce 

- Prior experience with and strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ+ 

- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (ADM-301) 

- Familiarity with Agile development processes

- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and understanding of Salesforce best practices 

- High attention to detail and interest in ensuring data integrity 

- A self-starter with a strong desire to continuously learn and perform the level of research necessary to overcome roadblocks 

- Experience managing other downstream GTM Tools 

The Tech:                     

Our current stack consists of a large number of additional applications which you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to, support integrations for, or work within, including: HighSpot, SalesLoft, Pardot, SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, ChurnZero, SignNow, Consensus, Playvox, and more.

Less than 10%
