How you’ll make an impact: 

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a vital role at Strata. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable, long term, best practice solutions while using the latest technologies. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, to quickly identify areas of improvement. The Senior Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. This role collaborates with all areas of the business. 

  • Configure and maintain integrated applications in Salesforce, embedded applications, as well as some related tools not integrated with Salesforce. 

  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.  

  • Assist in end-of-life updates and application consolidation (e.g. Salesforce: Process Builder, Workflow, Profiles) 

  • Respond to issues, change requests, including the management of system upgrades, releases, and change control processes. 

  • Assist in the implementation of security practices by monitoring login and user activity, auditing fields, profile access, security permissions and de-activating unneeded user accounts. 

  • Maintain sandbox environments used for testing and training. 

  • Complete regular internal audits of system. 

  • Gather business requirements and system documentation 

  • Train users on system functionality and new features 

  • Maintain data quality by identifying, deleting, or merging duplicate records, cleansing, and updating inaccurate data.  

What we’re looking for: 

  • 5+ years’ experience with Salesforce.com required 

  • 3+ years’ experience with at least two of the following: Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud 

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required 

  • Advanced Administrator and/or App Builder Certification preferred 

  • Experience working with multiple departments (Finance, Operations, Services, Sales, IT) 

  • Knowledge of Salesforce flow and Lightning required 

  • Proven ability to examine processes, identify and implement efficiencies 

  • Comfortable with setting up new integrations, managing and consolidating existing ones 

  • Experience in the following a plus: NetSuite, Marketo, TaskRay, Smartsheet, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Gong 

  • Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills 

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Experience using Agile and Scrum methodologies preferred
