Description

CDR Maguire Inc., is seeking Salesforce Administrators. This position would mainly support CDR Health and Emergency Management Temporary projects.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Upgrading and configuring salesforce systems for optimized integration.

  • Managing salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.

  • Building custom reports and dashboards.

  • Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.

  • Evaluating and installing new salesforce releases as well as providing training and support.

  • Prepare reports for sales and other departments.

  • Other duties that may arise from time-to-time and/or are commensurate with the title and position.

Requirements

  • Associates, Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • 2+ Years of experience as a salesforce administrator or a similar environment.
  • Experience in performing salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
  • Proficiency in creating salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
  • Knowledge of importing sales data and generating salesforce reports.
  • Ability to provide salesforce training and end-user support.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Suite which includes Word, Excel, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially to a diverse range of audiences and settings.
  • The ability to make decisions.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to deal with high pressure
  • Flexible schedule to include late afternoon and evening hours and Overtime and weekends as needed to provide support for safety emergencies or incidents that occur after hours or on weekends
  • Ability to travel at least 40% throughout US. Via plane or car.
  • Must have a valid active and clear Driver’s license.
  • Demonstrates the technical safety expertise, coaching ability, and passion for the role
  • Partners and collaborates effectively to create win wins with internal operational partners and external partners
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills with the ability to balance education vs. accountability
