Description

CDR Maguire Inc., is seeking Salesforce Administrators. This position would mainly support CDR Health and Emergency Management Temporary projects.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  1. Upgrading and configuring salesforce systems for optimized integration.

  2. Managing salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.

  3. Building custom reports and dashboards.

  4. Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.

  5. Evaluating and installing new salesforce releases as well as providing training and support.

  6. Prepare reports for sales and other departments.

  7. Other duties that may arise from time-to-time and/or are commensurate with the title and position.

Requirements

  1. Associates, Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
  2. 2+ Years of experience as a salesforce administrator or a similar environment.
  3. Experience in performing salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
  4. Proficiency in creating salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
  5. Knowledge of importing sales data and generating salesforce reports.
  6. Ability to provide salesforce training and end-user support.
  7. Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Suite which includes Word, Excel, etc.
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially to a diverse range of audiences and settings.
  9. The ability to make decisions.
  10. The ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  11. Ability to deal with high pressure
  12. Flexible schedule to include late afternoon and evening hours and Overtime and weekends as needed to provide support for safety emergencies or incidents that occur after hours or on weekends
  13. Ability to travel at least 40% throughout US. Via plane or car.
  14. Must have a valid active and clear Driver’s license.
  15. Demonstrates the technical safety expertise, coaching ability, and passion for the role
  16. Partners and collaborates effectively to create win wins with internal operational partners and external partners
  17. Strong relationship building and influencing skills with the ability to balance education vs. accountability
